To successfully process a stock transfer, please ensure all required documentation and fees are properly submitted. The transfer requires the original physical stock certificate(s) along with signatures from all registered owners, when applicable. All signatures must bear a Medallion Signature Guarantee from an approved financial institution participating in the Medallion Stamp Program. Signatures may be provided either through a separate stock power form or via endorsement on the certificate's reverse assignment section. Please note that any supporting legal documentation submitted (including birth certificates, death certificates, or court appointments) will not be returned to the sender. These documents, along with the cancelled stock certificates, become part of our permanent transfer records. If original documents cannot be provided, certified copies with Medallion Signature Guarantees will be accepted. For document security during transit, we strongly recommend using registered or certified mail with return receipt requested. If insuring your shipment, we suggest coverage equal to 2% of the shares' current market value, which represents the standard replacement cost. This ensures adequate protection for your securities during the transfer process.
